Networking For Creatives
Pecha Kucha Nights are a global initiative that tap into new ideas from a broad range of areas — fashion, film, advertising, architecture, interiors, art, etc. The idea is interesting in its own right, but the events have also become an invaluable networking forum for anyone in the creative fields.

The structure is key: anyone who has registered is welcome to get up and show their stuff (work, ideas, inspirations) via a "slide show", but they are strictly limited to 20 images for 20 seconds each, giving a total of 6 minutes and 40 seconds before it's someone else's turn. Wall Street Journal columnist Jared Sandberg became fascinated by "self talk" and discovered up to 96% of people do it.
