The pun in the name is a clue for cheese lovers: yes, it's sheep's milk products you'll find here, and organic ones at that.
Take the tiny detour off the fabulous winding coast road and soak up the view over the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Then you can get up close and personal at the afternoon milkings (you should see a sheep being milked at least once in your life). The whole experience gives a very satisfying sense of connection with the food on your plate.
Having seen where it comes from and how it's made, you'll be able to taste varieties to suit your palate and your mood, from the very fresh curd through the manchego-style Primavera and onto aged pecorino.
There's no rush, just enjoy sitting on the verandah and nibbling your way through a platter of fresh and aged cheeses, with a glass of their (non-organic) wine. Unfortunately, there are no raw milk cheeses on offer yet, but you'll be in good company as you bemoan the regulations that allow us to import Roquefort but not produce or export our own version.
