Using Australian design talent from BURO and Hecken Phelan Guthrie to remodel the black and white colonial bungalow into something more like a big tropical lounge room (complete with outdoor 'home cinema') has paid off. It's a great place for chilling (figuratively, that is).

There is a cocktail bar, and Matthew Lawdon, another Aussie, ex Ezard, directs the kitchen, grill and pantry into a ModOz swirl of tastes, styles and influences. So that there's something for just about any mood you're in.
